Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is an energy healing technique that helps clear energetic blocks and stuck emotions. The sessions aid the client in achieving energetic balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and connecting to their own inner wisdom and intuition. Sessions can be held virtually or in-person (Orange County, CA). 

The session will start with a brief consultation to check in with the client’s overall physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. This is followed by intention setting and testing of the chakras (energy centers). The reiki healing flow and chakra clearing will then take place, followed by a session debrief. Clients generally leave sessions feeling calm, grounded, more aligned with their true self and an overall sense of peace and clarity.
